Koh-e-Sultan Mining Company Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Dumper Operator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation within mining environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating mining dumpers to transport materials efficiently across the site while adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines. This role demands a valid HTV license and specialized knowledge of load management to ensure materials are handled correctly and delivered on time. The operator will work closely with other mining personnel but will not have team management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Operate mining dumpers competently to transport raw materials, waste, and other designated loads across the mining site, ensuring smooth and timely material movement.
Perform pre-operation equipment inspections to confirm that the dumper is in safe working order, reporting any mechanical issues or hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
Adhere strictly to the HTV license regulations and company safety standards to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Manage load distribution effectively to maintain balance and stability of the dumper during transport, preventing spillage or equipment damage.
Collaborate with the site operations team to follow daily transportation schedules, optimizing routes and load cycles to maximize productivity.
Maintain accurate records of loads transported, equipment usage, and any incidents encountered during operation.
Participate in regular safety training sessions and toolbox talks to stay updated on operational best practices and safety improvements.
Assist in basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks on the dumper to ensure minimal downtime and continuous operation.
Follow environmental guidelines and company policies to avoid contamination or damage to the surrounding mining ecosystem.
Support other mining activities as required, including assisting with equipment positioning and site organization.
