We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Caller to join our real estate team in I8 Markaz, Islamabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to homeowners in the United States, inquire if their properties are available for sale or rent, and schedule appointments for further discussions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and experience in real estate or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in the US to determine if their properties are available for sale or rent.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to gather essential information about the properties.
- Build rapport with homeowners, effectively communicating the benefits of selling or renting their property.
- Schedule appointments with interested homeowners for follow-up meetings with our real estate team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and our service offerings to provide accurate information to homeowners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones as per US calling hours.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Islamabad, with the ability to work onsite in I8 Markaz.
- Availability to work full-time hours, with some flexibility for evening shifts to accommodate US time zones.
- Fluent in English, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
