Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing and timely vehicle delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a sales agent in the automotive industry, preferably in the used car export sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international markets and import/export regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are advantageous).
