We are hiring a responsible Store Keeper to manage inventory, ensure accurate record-keeping, organize stock, and support smooth operations. Key duties include receiving and inspecting goods, maintaining stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating with other teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage inventory stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock or materials.
- Organize and store goods systematically to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor and report inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering.
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams for stock requirements.
- Handle stock dispatch and deliveries as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge (inventory software is a plus)
- B-COM or Equivalent
