Electro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Storekeeper / Inventory Controller to manage and control inventory related to battery production. The role involves handling critical components such as cells, BMS, busbars, and enclosures while ensuring accurate stock records, batch tracking, and full material traceability.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and store battery cells, BMS, busbars, enclosures, and related materials

Maintain accurate inventory records in manual registers or ERP systems

Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive electronic components

Record batch numbers, serial numbers, and supplier details

Maintain full traceability of materials from receiving to production issuance

Support quality audits and internal inspections
-
Issue materials to production against authorized requisitions
-
Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams
-
Monitor minimum and reorder stock levels
-
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
-
Identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
-
Follow FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable
-
Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and handling procedures
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
