Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and timely.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Supervise and lead a team of five warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock movements and optimize storage solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in warehouse operations.
- Manage documentation related to stock transactions, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in stock control and warehouse workflows to increase efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and adherence to operational standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Monitor and control stock quality by inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
