Electro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking innovative and technically skilled R&D / Product Development Engineers to support the improvement of existing battery products and the development of new battery models. The role involves research, testing, design optimization, and collaboration with production teams to deliver reliable and efficient energy storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities Battery Design Improvement
Analyze existing battery designs and identify performance, safety, and cost improvements
Optimize cell configuration, thermal management, and mechanical design
Support design validation through testing and analysis
New Product Development
Design and develop new battery models based on market and customer requirements
Create prototypes and conduct performance, safety, and life-cycle testing
Support pilot production and smooth transition from R&D to mass production
Testing & Validation
Conduct electrical, thermal, and environmental tests
Analyze test data and prepare technical reports
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable regulations
Documentation & Collaboration
Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and design documentation
Work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams
Provide technical support for troubleshooting production issues
