Electro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring BMS Engineers to support battery production and testing operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for firmware flashing, BMS testing, and troubleshooting communication-related issues to ensure reliable and high-quality battery management systems.
Key Responsibilities Firmware Flashing-
Flash firmware on BMS units as per product specifications

Verify correct firmware versions and configurations

Maintain firmware records and version control
-
Perform functional, electrical, and communication tests on BMS boards
-
Validate parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, and protection limits
-
Document test results and report non-conformities
-
Diagnose and resolve communication issues (CAN, UART, RS485, I²C, etc.)

Identify hardware, firmware, or wiring-related faults
-
Coordinate with production and R&D teams for issue resolution

Ensure all testing and flashing processes comply with company SOPs
-
Follow ESD, electrical safety, and quality control standards

Support continuous improvement and process optimization
