Knowleem is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online School Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing the complete operation of our online school for Kindergarten to 5th grade. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online school, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment for students from KG to 5th grade.
Coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring that all classes and activities run on time.

Teacher Management:

Recruit, train, and support teachers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality education.
Monitor teacher performance and provide constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.

Student and Parent Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive online school community through regular communication and engagement.

Course Management:

Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum and educational materials.
Ensure that courses are engaging, interactive, and meet educational standards.

Classroom Interaction:

Engage actively in online classes, facilitating discussions, and supporting teachers in maintaining student interest and participation.
Utilize online tools and platforms to enhance the virtual learning experience.

Social Media and Online Presence:

Manage the school’s social media accounts, creating and sharing content that promotes our educational programs and engages our community.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for promotional videos, online classes, and virtual meetings.
