We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabrication Foreman to join our team and oversee our aluminum fabrication projects.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Aluminum Fabrication Foreman with a strong background in aluminum cladding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various aluminum systems and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage aluminum fabrication and cladding projects from start to finish.
- Ensure proper installation of ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, aluminum handrails, roof cladding, glass panels, and other related components.
- Oversee daily operations on the shop floor and site, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project schedule.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and coordinate laborers, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum cladding and fabrication.
- In-depth knowledge of all types of aluminum systems.
- Proven experience in the installation of ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, aluminum handrails, roof cladding, glass panels, and other related components.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
