KLY Media is seeking motivated Outbound Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team for a US financial campaign. This remote, night shift position requires candidates to excel in cold calling and sales techniques, with a focus on generating leads and transferring high-quality prospects to senior sales staff. The ideal candidate has excellent English fluency and is highly target-driven. This role does not include team management responsibilities but emphasizes individual contribution to drive sales success through effective communication and persistent customer engagement. Working from home, agents handle high call volumes daily, focusing on delivering clear, persuasive messages to prospects. The position offers fixed basic salary plus uncapped transfer bonuses and provides complete product and sales training. To qualify, candidates must have reliable technical equipment and a quiet workspace, ensuring professional call quality and uninterrupted workflow. This role suits individuals committed to achieving sales targets and excelling in a structured remote work environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct 200 to 300 outbound calls daily to prospective customers in the US market with a focus on lead generation.
Engage prospects effectively using call scripting and objection handling techniques to generate interest in financial products.
Identify and transfer hot leads to senior closers to maximize conversion rates and sales success.
Maintain clear, professional, and fluent communication throughout calls to build customer rapport and trust.
Document call outcomes accurately and update customer relationship management records for continuous follow-up and monitoring.
Participate actively in product and sales training sessions to stay updated with campaign strategies and product knowledge.
Ensure all calls comply with company policies, legal requirements, and campaign guidelines.
Utilize active listening and effective communication skills to handle objections and provide a satisfactory customer experience.
Maintain a work environment free from distractions by operating in a 100% silent room and using quality equipment such as wired headphones and a reliable internet connection.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, contributing to overall team goals without managing other team members.
Adapt to night shift schedules (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday) consistently and maintain punctuality.
Complete a one-week unpaid training period to demonstrate capability and readiness for full-time employment within the campaign.
