We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure food safety, product quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role involves monitoring quality processes, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and audits.
- Monitor staff hygiene and PPE compliance.
- Maintain QA records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality.
- Monitor product sampling and testing.
- Investigate customer complaints and quality issues.
- Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare quality reports.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Maintain quality documents and records.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
