We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager Administration to oversee administrative operations across Gajumatta, KC Bakery, and all Lahore outlets. The ideal candidate will manage facilities, transport, maintenance, utilities, and support services while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations across Lahore locations.
- Supervise administration, transport, maintenance, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Oversee staff scheduling, leave planning, and manpower availability.
- Manage company transport, vehicle maintenance, and fuel operations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, utilities, and repair activities.
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
- Prepare administrative reports and support senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Hospitality, or Retail will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of transport, facility management, budgeting, and government liaison.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
