The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate marketing program. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand program reach.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance, including commission structures, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, including monitoring for fraud and enforcing terms and conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate), tracking tools, and analytics software.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
