We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with robust experience in Next.js, Node.js/Express, and exposure to Generative AI tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, integrating AI-driven features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions.

Full-Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Implement server-side rendering and routing with Next.js to enhance performance and SEO.

API Development & Integration

Build RESTful APIs using Express.js to support application functionalities.
Integrate external APIs and third-party services, ensuring robust data flow and security.

Generative AI Integration

Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, ChatGPT, Codeium, etc.) to automate and enhance development workflows.
Prototype and implement AI-driven features for improved user experience and productivity (such as auto-completions, chatbots, or personalized recommendations).

Performance Optimization

Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability (e.g., query optimization, caching strategies).
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and propose best practices.
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to implement feature requirements and deliver within deadlines.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain an agile workflow.
