We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Cybersecurity Consultant to lead both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and client-facing consulting. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, design tailored security solutions, and ensure successful implementation and support. Your mission: deliver exceptional value through technical expertise, strategic insight, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Consulting:
- Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Conduct security assessments and define the scope of IT security projects.
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices and compliance.
Pre-Sales & Solution Design:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support technical pre-sales activities.
- Design and present tailored IT security solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, solution architectures, and technical documentation.
Post-Sales Implementation & Support:
- Deploy and configure security solutions (SIEM, PAM, DLP, etc.).
- Conduct system testing, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Security Operations & Training:
- Perform infrastructure audits and implement security hardening measures.
- Deliver user training and technical workshops.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT security, infrastructure, or consulting roles.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Experience with security solutions such as SIEM, PAM, DLP, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ManageEngine or similar platforms.
- Pre-sales, sales engineering, or project management experience.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, MCSE, etc.).
Work Environment:
- Full-time remote position
- 8 hours/day (Monday to Friday)
