We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support an executive who runs a small online test preparation institute in Pakistan and is spearheading multiple entrepreneurial and social initiatives. This role offers flexible working hours, allowing adjustments on a daily/weekly basis. However, a minimum of 8 hours of work per day is mandatory.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Take a leadership role in establishing and managing different programs.
  • Leading operations to test new business ideas and working on their potential growth
  • Delivering sessions/webinars for awareness and marketing of the projects
  • Keeping track of different tasks for different businesses and taking care of the communication between the team members
  • Design curriculum/content for different educational projects
  • Manage the relationships with different stakeholders and meet with PK-based collaborators/partners on behalf of the company
  • Assisting in social media management for initiatives and the executive, designing posts, and scheduling them
  • Help with launching and scaling small e-commerce businesses
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

You will be given other opportunities and will be allowed to pursue other work or personal ventures as long as this role remains your top priority.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Oversee projects across various initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Create project plans, manage workflows, and report progress.

Social Media and Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and run digital ad campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Documentation and Training Design:

  • Develop, write, and organize documentation for various initiatives.
  • Design and lead training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, manage, and coordinate with team members for different projects.
  • Ensure alignment and productivity across teams.

E-commerce and Business Development:

  • Assist in setting up and scaling small e-commerce ventures.
  • Develop operational strategies for new business initiatives.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, emails, and communications.
  • Handle routine and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Key Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in social media management, project management, or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of running ads and social media marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to write, edit, and organize documentation.
  • Experience in designing and leading training programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of investment research.

Tools:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, project management software, and e-commerce platforms.

Soft Skills:

  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking to drive projects with minimal direction given
