Sales Executive - Automotive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized vehicle recommendations
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and presentations to showcase features and benefits
Negotiate sales prices, trade-in values, and financing options to meet customer needs
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, including new and used vehicle sales, finance, and insurance sales
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and objectives
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory

Requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (preferable)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Strong product knowledge and understanding of vehicle features and benefits
Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional)

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a dealership setting, with frequent interaction with customers, colleagues, and management
May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs and sales targets
