We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Manager & Administrator. This position is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation center while driving strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the rehabilitation center, ensuring smooth operations
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs for hard drug users
- Expand the center's capacity and reach through strategic planning
- Manage the center's budget, human resources, and procurement processes
- Fundraise to support the center's programs and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to the center's staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping individuals overcome drug addiction
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package (PKR 50,000 - 70,000)
- Monday to Saturday workweek (9 AM - 6 PM)
