Quality Control Manager

Khurshid Textile Mills is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee the quality assurance processes within the organization. This role demands a professional with a strong command of quality management principles and practices to ensure that products meet the highest standards and customer expectations. The successful candidate will manage a team of 15 professionals, guiding them to maintain compliance with quality standards and implement effective process improvements. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems, conducting audits, and managing risk to uphold product excellence. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, to enhance overall operational performance. The candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver sustainable quality outcomes across all stages of production.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems to assure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Lead and manage a quality control team of 15 members, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to verify adherence to quality procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Perform root cause analysis of quality issues and develop effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence.
Utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor production quality and implement data-driven decision making.
Manage risk assessment processes and implement strategies for mitigating quality-related risks across production lines.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product reliability.
Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to build a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality incidents and facilitate corrective action implementation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality regulations and standards applicable to textile manufacturing.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met in incoming materials.
