Khurshid Textile Mills seeks a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in data accuracy, Microsoft Excel, and database knowledge, ensuring that all information entered into our systems is precise and reliable. This role involves managing various data inputs, verifying data for quality control, and maintaining the integrity of our data management processes. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate excellent time management capabilities to meet deadlines effectively. This position does not include team management responsibilities, allowing the individual to focus fully on data handling tasks critical to supporting multiple departments within Khurshid Textile Mills. The successful Data Entry professional will leverage software proficiency to streamline data entry workflows and support data verification efforts, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of company records.
Responsibilities

Enter data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before and after entry.
Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
Use Microsoft Excel and other software to organize, update, and manage data.
Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Manage time effectively to complete data entry tasks within deadlines.
Support data management initiatives by updating records and maintaining proper documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing data entry procedures and best practices.
Utilize data verification methods to maintain high data quality standards.
