Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the mineral grinding industry.
- Support senior sales team members in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
- Promote and present the company’s mineral grinding mill solutions to potential clients.
- Help achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
