We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales and Marketing professional to help us bridge the gap between our production operations and the retail market.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and observant Area Sales & Market Research Executive based out of our Gulberg, Lahore office. This position balances localized strategic planning at our head office with regular travel across Pakistan. Your primary mission will be to engage directly with retailers and wholesalers, gather critical market intelligence, and deliver actionable insights on product performance, competitor activity, and emerging market trends to guide our commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

- Conduct targeted travel throughout Pakistan to map out key markets and cultivate professional relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Execute on-the-ground market research to collect and analyze data regarding product placement, consumer demand, and competitive pricing.
- Act as the strategic liaison between the field and our Gulberg office, translating market feedback into valuable business intelligence.
- Evaluate regional market territories to identify potential opportunities for product expansion and optimized distribution channels.
- Compile detailed, structured reports on field activities, market dynamics, and retailer sentiment following travel periods.

- Proven experience engaging and partnering with retailers and wholesalers within Pakistan.
- A strong, practical understanding of the layout, structure, and dynamics of major wholesale and retail markets across the country.
- The flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to various regions of Pakistan as field research requirements dictate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to extract valuable insights from key market players.

Khawaja Electronics manufactures complete range of Capacitors for motors, fans, air-conditioners, lighting fixtures, power factor correction.The mail product of Khawaja Electronic is FUJI Capacitor and it has designed this view Single Phase capacitor for high current an nominal voltage until 1200 V.The composition of these capacitors is done with single phase cells connected in series an parallel. The internal connections are sized till 1.5% in continuous operation. The dielectric (metalized polypropylene film with very low losses ) is sized to with-stand the over voltage which occurs because of frequently on/offs. Over sized inductance coils are fitted on each cell to reduce the in-rush current, increasing the life of the capacitor and ultimately the whole system.
