You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales activities within your designated Zone. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the bevrage industry, particularly those with previous work experience in companies like Nestle, Aquqfina, or Dasani.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.
- Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team to ensure maximum performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Previous experience in the similer industery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
