1. Marketing of Toyota Protection Plan (TPP) to all sale deliveries by using SSI survey form as a tool.

2. Marketing of Loyalty Club Card (LCC) and related products to service customers by using CSI form.

3. Handle Customer Inquiries and convert general inquiries into potential leads.

4. Followup with not achieved appointments/pending Parts and Sales inquiries until it gets matured.

5. Responsible for making calls to customers falling in SSC.

6. Ensure 100% retention of complaint customers up to his/her 3 next visits.

7. Promotion of all value-added services e.g. LCC, EW, TPP.

8. Conduct In-house surveys such as CSI/SSI/ESS.
