Khaddi is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sale man to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, the Sale man will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of sales techniques and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. The successful candidate will manage a team of 25 persons, leading and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales goals. Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role is essential. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Khaddi by driving sales performance and leading a large sales team effectively.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
Lead, train, and manage a sales team of 25 persons, providing guidance and support to improve individual and team performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and address challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize product offerings and marketing initiatives.
Coach team members on effective sales techniques and customer interaction.
