Keep Hauling is seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatch Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with owner-operators and truckers by effectively communicating the benefits of our dispatch services. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in sales or cold calling within US-based BPO campaigns, particularly in logistics or dispatch-related fields. Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and strong communication skills are essential for engaging in smooth, professional conversations with our US clientele. This position requires a proactive individual capable of handling objections gracefully, negotiating rates, and explaining dispatch fees and rate-per-mile advantages clearly. In this role, you will not manage a team but will be responsible for developing and maintaining your sales pipeline, understanding customer needs, and contributing to the company's growth by promoting our dispatch services effectively. A working knowledge of truck types such as Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Power Only, along with familiarity with US transit corridors and logistics concepts, will greatly enhance your ability to succeed and provide tailored solutions to our clients. Your ability to remain resilient and adapt your sales approach when facing rejections plays a vital part in building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities

  • Engage in cold calling and sales prospecting to identify potential owner-operator clients and trucking companies within the US market.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using customer relationship management best practices to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Explain the details and benefits of dispatch services, including dispatch fee percentages and rate-per-mile advantages, clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle objections professionally, particularly addressing concerns such as existing dispatch arrangements or rate expectations, to convert leads successfully.
  • Negotiate sales terms and dispatch contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of truck types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Power Only) and key transit corridors across the United States to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Track sales activities, client interactions, and progress through sales pipelines to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, logistics challenges, and provide feedback for service improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when dealing with rejection or objections, continuously refining sales techniques for better outcomes.
