As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Ke, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with human resource strategies. Your expertise in organizational development, performance management, and HR analytics will drive the effectiveness of the HR function across the organization. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that HR initiatives support business goals while fostering a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement. With a strong focus on stakeholder management and succession planning, you will support the development of top talent and help navigate organizational change. Managing a team of 20 individuals, you will lead efforts to enhance talent management processes and implement employee engagement frameworks that resonate with our workforce values and objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be critical in fostering an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued and integrated into business strategies.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between staff and management, addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops that enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals.
