Kcvc is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design professional with at least six years of experience to join our creative team. This role involves developing high-quality visual content for a variety of platforms, ensuring that all designs effectively communicate the companys message and brand identity. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software and possesses strong skills in layout design, image editing, photo editing, logo creation, and vector graphics. You will be responsible for producing compelling creative designs, both remotely or on-site, and must demonstrate flexibility with work hours to meet project deadlines. In addition to creating outstanding visuals, this position includes managing a team of 10 graphic designers, guiding their workflow, and fostering their professional development. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into striking visual formats. A commitment to continuous learning and growth is essential to stay current with the latest design trends and technology. This role demands excellent time management, attention to detail, and leadership to ensure that design projects are delivered on schedule and meet the companys quality standards.
Responsibilities

Create and design high-quality graphic content for digital and print media using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other design tools.
Develop layouts, logos, vector graphics, and image compositions that align with the companys branding guidelines.
Edit photos and images to enhance quality and adjust visuals to meet design requirements.
Lead and manage a team of 10 graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to optimize their performance and creativity.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in design outputs.
Implement timely delivery of all graphic design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Adapt to flexible working hours and manage remote or on-site work arrangements to meet project deadlines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging techniques to continually improve design quality and innovation.
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and skill development.
Review and approve final artwork and design templates before distribution or publication.
