IT Administrator

KBK Electronics Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Administrator with at least 1 year of professional experience in IT infrastructure and system administration. The role ensures the reliable operation of servers, virtualization platforms, ERP systems, email services, databases, and end-user systems while maintaining security, availability, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows and Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Administer virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi, vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V to support business continuity and scalability.
Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure including VPN configurations, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard company data and resources.
Perform regular backup and recovery operations for databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, ensuring the integrity and availability of data.
Monitor system health and performance using various system monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, including email client troubleshooting and user assistance with Microsoft Outlook.
Manage ERP system administration to ensure smooth operation of enterprise resource planning applications.
Troubleshoot network and system problems to minimize downtime and improve the end-user computing experience.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure data protection and rapid recovery in case of system failures or data loss incidents.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, updates, and procedures to support ongoing maintenance and compliance standards.
