Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing IT hardware customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our IT hardware products and solutions, targeting both commercial and enterprise-level clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their IT infrastructure requirements, and provide tailored hardware solutions to meet their needs.
  • Pricing and Proposal Generation: Prepare competitive pricing proposals and negotiate favorable terms to win new business.
  • Channel Partnerships: Collaborate with authorized IT hardware distributors and resellers to expand our reach and leverage their market expertise.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify sales opportunities and inform our product roadmap.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics to management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product management, engineering, and marketing teams to support the overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in IT hardware sales, preferably in the United States market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise-grade IT hardware technologies, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical specifications to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and address client pain points.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track and report on sales activities.
  • Familiarity with channel partner management and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the enterprise IT solutions or technology services industry.
  • Knowledge of emerging IT hardware technologies, such as cloud computing, virtualization, and edge computing.
  • Understanding of the US IT landscape, including key industry verticals and purchasing trends.
  • Certifications in IT hardware or infrastructure technologies.
