Kasib Associates is seeking a diligent Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in internal auditing, with a focus on evaluating internal controls, developing audit plans, and producing comprehensive audit reports. This role requires an individual who can conduct independent assessments and provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational processes and compliance. The Internal Auditor will work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards, contributing to the overall risk management framework. This position is designed for professionals with approximately two years of experience in internal auditing. While team management is not part of this role, the Internal Auditor is expected to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders to support audit objectives. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong report-writing skills are essential to identify areas of improvement and communicate findings clearly. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the transparency and efficiency of Kasib Associates operations.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of internal control systems to identify weaknesses and areas of risk.
  • Develop detailed audit plans that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Execute audits by gathering and analyzing financial and operational data for accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand processes and provide guidance on improving controls.
  • Monitor follow-up actions to ensure that audit recommendations are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices impacting audit procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in identifying potential fraud or irregularities and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to the preparation and presentation of audit results to senior management.
