Karobaar Plus is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Montessori Home Tutor for two children aged 8 and 6. The tutor will assist with daily homework, conduct engaging age-appropriate lessons, and support the children’s academic, behavioral, and emotional development through Montessori teaching methods.

The ideal candidate should be patient, disciplined, emotionally mature, and capable of creating individualized learning plans according to each child’s needs. The tutor will also focus on confidence building, good habits, time management, character development, and positive values through storytelling and real-life examples.

Regular progress updates and reports must be shared with the parents. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Montessori Education, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience working with children. Strong English and Urdu communication skills and proficiency in online teaching platforms are required.

Responsibilities

Deliver Montessori-based lessons tailored to the individual learning needs and abilities of two children aged 6 and 8.
Assist children with daily homework assignments and help develop their understanding of core academic subjects.
Create and implement personalized learning plans focusing on academic growth, behavioral improvement, and emotional development.
Use storytelling and real-life examples to teach good habits, character values, confidence, and time management skills.
Assess and monitor the developmental progress of the children through regular evaluations and child development assessments.
Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding children's progress, challenges, and achievements.
Adapt teaching methods and lesson content based on observations and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of tutoring sessions.
Manage classroom behavior and provide behavior management strategies to foster a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
Utilize online teaching platforms effectively to ensure interactive and engaging learning sessions.
Promote a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy regarding the children’s personal and academic information.
Stay updated with latest Montessori teaching methodologies and educational best practices.
