Responsibilities:

Create and manage email lists, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
Add new subscribers to the list and remove those who opt out.
Segment the email list based on factors such as customer interests, purchasing history, and location.
Ensure all email communications comply with privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective email marketing campaigns.
Handle subscriber complaints and inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in email marketing and list management.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Proficiency with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
