ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Karimi Electromech Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience to join our team. This role requires an individual who can lead a team of five persons in preparing precise cost estimations and project bids, ensuring all proposals are accurate and competitive. The Estimation Engineer will work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to analyze project specifications and develop realistic cost projections based on material, labor, and equipment requirements. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this key leadership role, you will coordinate efforts to optimize project budgets and timelines while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of five estimation professionals, ensuring accuracy and consistency in cost analysis.
Review project plans, specifications, and material requirements to develop detailed and competitive cost estimates.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather quantitative data needed for estimations.
Analyze historical cost data and current market trends to improve estimation accuracy and project bidding processes.
Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and bids to senior management and clients.
Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities during the pre-construction phase of projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, construction materials, labor rates, and equipment pricing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all estimation and bidding activities.
Continuously review and improve estimation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support contract negotiations by providing detailed cost breakdowns and justification for bids.
