Kangaroo Publication is seeking talented and motivated Marketing Executives to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's books and curriculum to schools. This includes visiting schools to give presentations, liaise with key personnel, and convince them to adopt the company's latest curriculum and books.
Responsibilities:
- Visit schools to give brief presentations on the company's different books and curriculum.
- Liaise with key personnel at schools, such as principals, vice principals, and teachers, to build relationships and promote the company's products and services.
- Convince schools to implement the company's latest curriculum and books by highlighting the key features and benefits to students and teachers.
- Prepare book samples and other marketing materials for use during school visits.
- Conduct field visits on a daily basis to visit schools and promote the company's products and services.
- Follow up with schools after visits to answer questions and provide additional information.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the company's books and curriculum to schools.
- Collect and analyze data on marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in the education market and develop marketing strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the publishing industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel frequently.
