We are seeking an experienced ERP Coordinator/Analyst/Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in ERP customization, reports development, query writing, requirements gathering, and minor developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Customize ERP systems to meet business requirements
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business intelligence
- Write complex queries to extract data from ERP systems
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Develop minor customizations and enhancements to ERP systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in ERP customization, development, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with reports development and query writing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Can handle Pressure and do Attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, C#)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
