Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Interpret sketches, concepts, and specifications to create accurate drawings and schematics.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet functional and regulatory standards.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback or changes in design.
- Ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet project deadlines.
- Prepare documentation for permits, construction, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update drawing files, ensuring proper version control and archiving.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software and visualization tools to understand and draft accordingly.
