Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of design concepts and architectural plans for a variety of projects.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and construction personnel, to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and research on project-related codes and regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD and BIM software.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Present design proposals and facilitate client meetings for feedback and approval.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture and design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional license as an Architect (or working towards licensure).
- Minimum [2] years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM (e.g., Revit), and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design experience and technical skills.
- Excellent project management abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED accreditation is a plus.
