Kaizen Paint is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe After Effects, producing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand messages. This role does not involve managing a team but requires strong collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and product departments to deliver high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities
Develop and create engaging graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and digital advertisements that align with the company's branding strategy.
Translate concepts and ideas into innovative visual designs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects. Prepare final artwork and layouts for print and digital distribution, managing various design assets efficiently. Continuously update skills on the latest design trends and software to maintain fresh and modern aesthetics in all graphic material productions. Revise designs based on feedback to meet project requirements and timelines effectively.
