The Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations will lead daily IT operations and drive infrastructure projects across the organization. This role is instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, system resilience, regulatory compliance, and continuous innovation in our IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cloud services including Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure + DevOps, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, Loop, and Kaspersky Cloud.
- Manage Cisco Meraki, Sophos, data center operations, and network/server infrastructure.
- Lead IT support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external IT audits; maintain and enforce IT policies.
- Optimize IT asset management, licensing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
