Kaiser Ashrat & Associates (KAA), is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts financial management. This role involves maintaining the firm's operational efficiency by tracking ongoing projects, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, contractors, and the Principal Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing project costs, and supporting seamless project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management:

  • Manage financial records, including daily, weekly, and monthly cost tabulations for the firm.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets for ongoing projects, tracking expenditures and income.
  • Generate monthly financial reports for review by the principal architect.
  • Oversee payments to contractors and suppliers, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Track invoices, receivables, and payables, ensuring timely collections from clients and payments to vendors.

Communication:

  • Manage client communications, ensuring follow-ups and updates are conducted promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and maintain regular communication with contractors and other external partners.
  • Schedule and organize meetings with clients, contractors, and internal staff as needed.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed reports on project statuses, including financial summaries, progress updates, and risk assessments.
  • Perform periodic financial analysis to help the principal architect make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax filings, financial audits, and corporate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or accounts management role, preferably in the architectural, construction, or design industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting softwares.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, positive approach and willing to incorporate constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of architectural project management processes and cost tracking is a plus.
