Looking for a Technical Team Lead to join our Services Team in a full-time capacity.
- Work closely with Epicor Kinetic's range of Products
- Customise and Design solutions that suit customer’s business needs
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members, including graduates and junior developers.
- Liaise between the development team and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate and lead team meetings, including sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Work closely with users to evaluate application requirements.
- Ensure systems are completed within agreed budgets and time frames while adhering to design and security standards.
- You'll hold relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science or software engineering.
- Have advanced skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, VB, SSRS, RDL, or similar languages.
- Have expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, or MySQL.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture with the ability to apply this knowledge to specific project deliverables.
- Be available to participate in after-hours calls with customers.
- Previous experience in a software development leadership role is desirable.
