We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager

Job Responsibility:

Generate new qualified prospects through Cold calling, Email Campaigns and Social Media.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange introductory meetings, demos for company service offerings.
Meeting sales goals, build and maintain client database, prospecting for qualified opportunities.
Data Tracking, Reporting and Campaign Planning.
Conduct necessary primary research to identify and qualify potential prospects.
Handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned.
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the BD team for regular reviews with senior management.

Job Requirements & Desired Skills:

3+ years Healthcare Business Development experience of selling directly to USA’s B2B market, Revenue cycle management (RCM)/Medical Billing services.
Experience in medical billing/revenue cycle sales is mandatory. Must have experience in lead generation (cold calling) and B2B sales. Advanced level of prospecting and sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to physicians and practice managers.
Proven sales record/history.
Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
Effective sales, marketing and project management skills.
Experience in CRM tools.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite and Tech/Internet Savvy.
Should be able to work under minimum guidance.
Create business development materials and tools.
