Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage the workforce at our construction or project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with all project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work aligns with project schedules
Manage on-site staff, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and quality control standards.
Prepare daily progress reports, maintain project documentation, and communicate project updates to management.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1+ years of experience in construction or project management, with previous site supervision experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction software and tools, ability to read Drawings, and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
