JW Construction Estimation is seeking motivated Junior and Senior Estimators to join our expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to kick-start or advance their careers in the construction estimating field. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in quantifying project costs and supporting the preparation of detailed cost analysis for various construction projects, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, and architectural works. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience or be fresh graduates aiming to develop their skills in a dynamic and professional environment. Our estimators work closely with project teams to analyze blueprints, gather cost data, and produce accurate, competitive estimates that support project planning and execution. You will work in a collaborative setting without managing a team, focusing on developing a thorough understanding of construction cost components and improving your estimation capabilities. Responsibilities

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP, civil, and architectural construction projects.
Collect and evaluate cost data, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes, to build comprehensive project estimates.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and resolve estimation challenges.
Develop detailed quantity takeoffs and organize cost breakdowns to support budget planning and tender submissions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing trends, construction methods, and local market conditions affecting estimation.
Assist in preparing bid proposals and supporting documentation to ensure competitive and realistic project pricing.
Continuously update estimation databases and software tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency of cost projections.
Support project managers with value engineering and cost control suggestions throughout project timelines.
Communicate findings and cost estimates clearly to internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment by participating in training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development.
