Junior HR Recruiter

Axxon BPO is looking for a motivated and energetic Junior HR Recruiter to join its HR team based in Rawalpindi. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various job openings.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update accurate candidate records.
- Manage recruitment advertisements and respond to candidate inquiries.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment-related activities.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage candidate interactions professionally.
