Join Juicemax as a Juice Maker where you will play a crucial role in preparing fresh and delicious juices for our customers in Bahria Phase 8. This role requires hands-on expertise in juice extraction, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and efficient handling of fruit and vegetable preparation. With a minimum of one year of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that all juice products meet quality expectations. Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to hygiene practices are essential to succeed in this role. As a Juice Maker at Juicemax, you will focus on the daily preparation of juices, from selecting and cutting ingredients to operating juice extraction equipment. You will also be tasked with maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, following proper sanitation protocols, and managing ingredient stock to minimize waste. While you will not manage a team, you will work independently and must demonstrate good time management and organizational skills to meet demand and uphold the company's standards for freshness and quality.
Responsibilities

Prepare fresh juices according to company recipes and quality standards.
Cut and prepare fruits and vegetables safely and efficiently for juice extraction.
Operate juice extraction equipment following all safety and operational guidelines.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the preparation area.
Apply food safety practices to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or excesses.
Ensure proper storage of fruits, vegetables, and juice ingredients to preserve freshness.
Follow all hygiene and safety regulations as required by health authorities.
Work independently to fulfill juice orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workspaces at all times.
Assist in receiving and inspecting delivery of raw ingredients for quality assurance.
