Estimator Specialist

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Estimator specializing in takeoff to join our team in Lahore. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed takeoff estimates, reviewing project plans, and analyzing material and labor requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Experience: Preferably 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience
Salary: Market Competitive salary decided after interview and based on experience (Range: 70k to 120k).

Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2 Saturdays on, alternating, and Sundays off)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Experience in takeoff estimation, cost estimation, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
