Driver

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Driver to provide safe and timely transportation services primarily for senior executives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong knowledge of local and regional routes and maintains a professional demeanor while ensuring punctuality. With at least 10 years of driving experience, the Driver will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the company vehicle, ensuring a smooth travel experience under various conditions. This role requires excellent observation skills, adherence to traffic laws, and the ability to manage unexpected situations calmly and effectively. Since this role does not include managing a team, the primary focus is on independent, responsible driving duties supporting company operations. The Driver will perform routine checks on the vehicle, maintain cleanliness, and comply with all safety regulations to ensure a reliable transportation service. The ability to coordinate schedules with executive staff and respond flexibly to their needs is essential. The candidate must have prior experience working closely with senior executives, understanding their specific requirements and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. This position contributes significantly to the smooth operation of the company's day-to-day activities by ensuring executives reach their appointments safely and on time.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and efficient transportation services to senior executives and authorized personnel.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays, traffic, and road hazards.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance of the company vehicle.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Coordinate schedules with executives and adjust driving plans as needed based on their appointments and requirements.
Assist executives with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to executives’ schedules and travel.
Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any mechanical issues and report them to management promptly.
Keep accurate logs of travel times, mileage, and vehicle maintenance records as required by the company.
Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations while driving.
Support other operational needs of JSK Feeds Limited as directed by management.
Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, communication, and behavior during interaction with company staff and clients.
